Beauty Tips To Look Younger Than Your Age

We have already discussed Science, Agriculture, and nature. Now, let us have some beauty tips. Do you want to look younger than your age? Who would not, I know. Here are some tips to follow. I prefer a natural way of nurturing my skin and body. Let us start by cleaning.
Bleaching:
Don't go for any chemical bleaching. Take a lemon and cut it into two pieces. Take some oil, dip that piece of lemon in it, and circularly massage your face for two minutes and wash it with or without soap. I prefer to use green gram powder. Lemon juice softens our skin and gives a glowing texture.

Lemon for soft skin

How it works:
I told you it softens the skin. Let us look at how it works. It boosts collagen. Collagen is responsible for maintaining the elasticity of our skin. As we age, the production of collagen reduces, and skin sags. Vitamin C helps to repair damaged skin. Free radicals are usually responsible for damaging the collagen of our skin. The antioxidant nature of vitamin C prevents free radicals and improves skin tone. It has astringent qualities due to its acidic levels. The citric acid in lemon is a type of alpha hydroxy acid that helps break down dead cells, reducing noninflammatory forms of acne like blackheads. You need not have to apply lemon for more than twice a week.

Benefits:
  • Boosts collagen
  • Reduces dark spots
  • Brightens skin
  • Rich sources of vitamin C
  • Treatment for acne

Side effects:
Skin irritation is the most common side effect of using fruit acids. Lemon is acidic, which can irritate your skin.
You might experience:
  • · Excessive dryness
  • · redness
  • · Skin peeling
These effects can be worse if you have sensitive skin. If we apply it with oil, it will reduce these effects. It is better to avoid topical lemon applications if you have sensitive skin.

I try carrot paste or neem leaf paste sometimes. Carrot contains beta-carotene and vitamins that help to whiten the skin.
By the application of neem, melanin production in our skin is reduced.
The antioxidants in neem help to reduce it.
Using neem paste as a face mask gives a lot of other benefits.

Neem paste was applied to the face.

Red sandal face pack:

One of the notable uses of Red Sandalwood in Ayurveda is its incorporation into face packs and topical applications. Red sandalwood has antiaging properties, so the face pack gives our skin a radiant, young look.
For making a face pack, you can use milk, rose water, oil, etc. I prefer to use honey because it is a good moisturizer.
For face pack:
  • · Make the paste with one teaspoon of sandalwood powder and one teaspoon of honey.
  • · Cover your entire face and neck with this paste.
  • · Keep it there for 15-20 minutes.
  • · Wash it off cool water and see an almost immediate glow.
  • · Honey is excellent on dry winter skin patches.
· (We can try this face pack on alternate days.)
Significant features:
  • It acts as a natural cleanser
  • Effectively removes impurities
  • Maintains the vitality of the skin
  • Helps to balance oil production
  • Cooling and soothing properties, making it beneficial for calming irritated and sensitive skin
  • Addressing issues related to excess sebum secretion
  • Diminish the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots, promoting skin elasticity, firmness, and a youthful complexion.
  • Act as a gentle exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores.
 Benefits of honey:

Honey offers several benefits, including its natural antibacterial properties, soothing effects on sore throats, and high antioxidant content. It can also be used as a natural sweetener and has been linked to improved heart health and wound healing.

We have used honey on our skin and medicines for thousands of years. According to research reports, this natural ingredient has several beneficial properties:

  • ·Antibacterial: Honey can kill several different types of bacteria. Because bacteria in your skin can cause pimples, using honey on your face may help reduce breakouts.
  • ·Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory: A report showed honey contains flavonoid and polyphenol compounds that help it act as an antioxidant.
  • ·Exfoliating: Honey contains natural enzymes that may help remove dead cells on the skin. It is because of this reason that honey is a good choice as a natural exfoliator for your skin.

Curcuma aromatica (kasthuri manjal):
Curcuma aromatica (wild turmeric) is a member of the genus Curcuma and belongs to the family Zingiberaceae. [1] Wild turmeric is a traditional cosmetic herb in South Asia and nearby regions.[2] In Malayalam, Kasthuri Manjal.

For face pack:
  • · Make the paste with one teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of honey.
  • · Cover your entire face and neck with this paste.
  • · Keep it there for 15-20 minutes.
  • · Wash it off with water and see an almost immediate glow.
· (We can try this face pack on alternate days.)

Description of Kasthuri Manjal:
The perennial foliage dies in late autumn, and the rhizomes remain dormant in winter. The inflorescence appears in early spring from the base of the rhizomes. During the summer monsoon season and the immediately following weeks, the plant grows fast and vigorously.
Important uses and features:
  • Wild turmeric has rhizomes with a peculiar fragrance and cream color.
  • The rhizomes are often used as a culinary ingredient, in traditional medicine. Used for skin disorders and as an antibacterial agent.
  • It is also commonly used in ethnic cosmetic products. [2]

Cosmetics products:
In my experience, regular use of cosmetics destroys the natural texture of the skin and gradually develops black spots on our skin, especially if we keep it for long. I used to use all the items, and I stopped it ten years ago. Now, sometimes I use a cold cream when I go out, but I prefer to use a little virgin coconut oil. From my experience, I can say that coconut oil is the best.
If you use any cosmetic products, ensure to remove all of them before you sleep.

Exercise:
Applying this face mask alone will not give you a young look. We should keep our bodies in shape by doing exercise or practicing yoga. I have discussed the benefits of doing yoga in another article, My Yoga Connect Experience Unveiling the Paths to Better and Happy Living. (https://discover.hubpages.com/health/slo). Do not allow fat to deposit in your body. Maintain body weight by eating right.
